ontape -r : Archive API processing failed

ontape -r : Archive API processing failed

Linux RH 7.3
IDS 9.21
"oninit -ivy" - It work ok
But
ontape -r returned error:

Physical restore failed - buc_fe.c : Archive API processing failed at line 776 for msgtype

Online.log:

16:01:13 Aborting physical restore of ROOT DBSpace
16:01:13 The physical restore was not completed.

16:01:13 Informix Dynamic Server 2000 Stopped.

This error beginning after my command "ontape -p".
What is it ?
