ClearCase Source Control

hi, anyone use CCSC with Oracle Designer 6i Project Builder.

Want i want to know is do i need a 3rd parties software to work or Oracle have its own version, cos my version of Oracle dont work. If i do need a 3rd parties soft then which one would u reccomend.
