Are you logged on as SYS when looking at dba_dependencies ???

As far as utldtree.sql ... ensure you use the full directory path ...
usually .... \rdbms\admin\utldtree.sql

hi,

Your connect string is not mentioned if I am correct.
please create connect string if you are into windows clients.

SQL> connect sys/{passwd}@{connect string}

Please reply if you are successful !
