Email triggered by Jmail from a site seen as spam by some filters

Hello,
I am having a problem with emails such as confirmation emails, news letters etc that are triggered directly from a web site using Jmail and are blocked by some spam filters
I guess because it doesn't have the header added by a program such as outlook express it is seen as spam.
Is there something to be added to the email to avoid this?
