Dynamic ddl and button cannot works togther

Hi,

I got dynamic dropdown list which will auto populate my 2nd dropdown list if i select the 1st ddl.

In my form, i also got a button to help me get 1 result from db also...

If i didnt put this 2 things togther, nothing will happen..

If i put them togther, my dynamic ddl will not work.. only my button works..
any1 know how to solve this?
