ActiveX component can't create object 0x80040208

Hi.
I´m getting this kind of error on executing my ASP (when I try to create an object -> Set objUser = Server.CreateObject ("NTCFaceProxy.Usuer")).
I didn´t find any document about it.

ActiveX component can't create object

Can anybody help me?
