Do you mean setting it up with a Web interface to run on your local machine or over an office intranet? It's a little difficult, but not horrible. It'll just take some time as you try to learn a new technology.

Pick up a book, like ASP.NET for Dummies, or something like that. The Dummies books are not the best when it comes to providing detailed code, but their introductory chapters are the best I've encountered for when you want to find out IF and WHY you might want to use a particular technology.

In fact, if your local Barnes & Noble has a copy, you could just buy a coffee and read the first few chapters at the store before deciding if this is a route you want to take.

Good luck.
