I assume the below error message is quite a common thing. However,
on my server, it occurs occasionally, without anyone having changed any
particular thing. If I restart the server, it's solved until the next time
it appears. Any clue on how to solve without restarting? Or, even
better, what could be causing it?

I forgot to say that when the errors occurs, all application connecting through ODBC to Access, Excel etc stop working until I restart the server.
