I would like to know if it is possible and if so how to create a speedometer chart in asp?

I have seen an example in excel but cannot replicate it and then a few products that can do it but are expensive. I am looking for something like this:

Which is in excel but for asp that can be driven by a database. Does anyone know of a way to do this? If it is a control that needs to be loaded that is fine, but do not want to have to pay more for it, a free control or script would be perfect.

Please can someone let me know if this can be done and how?
