ASP ActiveX component can't create object: 'CDONTS.NewMail'

i tried to make contact form
while i face a error

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ad'

ActiveX component can't create object: 'CDONTS.NewMail'

/contactconfirmation.asp, line 20

pls help me out how can i resolve this error
