Export IIS

Good day,

I need to recreate my IIS structure from my server on a new server at a different location that cannot be linked via a network. I need to copy the entire structure of my current IIS as well as the permissions. Is this possible and if so how?

My current server is Windows 2000 Server IIS 5.0, server I need to re-create the IIS structure on is Windows 2003 Server IIS 6.0.

Please can someone help?

I found 2 great tools from MS on their site that did the job for me:
IIS 6.0 Migration Tool (IISmt.exe)
IIS 6.0 Resource Kit Tools (IIS 6.0) (IIS60rkt.exe)
