Altering the data type of an Column in Access

Hi
I have a database (Access 2000) with a field called ID which is numeric.
Do you know how can I change it to be a primary key, autonumeric and not null using ASP?

I'm not sure about the ALTER TABLE syntax

Thanks ain Advance

Check out http://www.w3schools.com/sql for the basics of SQL statements.

Cheers,
Andrew
