Display Long Binary Data field from Access - NOT an image

I've created a database from MS Project 2000.
It stores a "notes" field with embedded bullets and formatted fonts as a "long binary data" field in Access.
I'm trying to display this field now via ASP but I can't figure out what to specify for the content type. Please help!
