ASP Script Not working in windows2000 SP4

Hi,
We have bought a new server with windows 2000 and SP4 which has come with the .net. Now in our asp we are using a script,

"Set fso = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")" to load the contents of a text file to the asp. It works fine with the existing servers which has the windows 2000 with SP3, but not working with the new server.
What could be the cause?

Thanks,
Anto.A.R.
