Problem With Layer

Hello All,
I have used a code for menu. The code uses the concept of Layer to build the menu. My problem is that whenever I have a combo or a list on the page below menu the menu is overlapped by the control on the page.
What i have found is presently its is overlapped by combo and list. text box gives no problem

Any soln on this

Regards,
Cyrus

This is an issue with IE, and it's a pain in the a$$... I've tried a number of things with no results... The only solution *I* know of that "works" is to make the select box hidden when the menu is active, then redisplay it when the menu closes.
