Adding Visual Interdev's Database Project to Source Control

I have a Database project in Visual Interdev6.0 connected to SQL Server2000 and it works fine. Now, i want to add this project's database objects to VSS. This, as the book says, is done by right click on database and selecting "Add To Source Control..", but i am getting this option disabled.
Much toil and it still is disabled. Can someone help with this...
