Today... they had a massive fiber optic outage that put their entire business out of commission for nearly 10 hours. I've been with them for over a year and a half... and they've had 99.9% uptime. I was not amused that they were down today.. but I thought they handled it well. Their customer service phone lines were open and techs were available to answer calls nearly immediately (they must have had ALL their employees on the phones today).
