MSDAORA to ORAOLEDB.Oracle

Hi,
In my asp application i want to change my provider from msdaora to OraOLEDB.Oracle.
what are the steps i have to do?
what need to be installed to this work?

What are the syntactical changes need to do if there is a cll for stored procedure from oracle package which returns record st,multiple value or single value or no value

I will be very thank ful if some one help me out in this
