Could anyone be able to tell or lead me in the right direction here.

After obtaining a visitors IP address, how would i go about finding that visitors geographic location (country only)
I've seen programs available in ASP.net but never in ASP.

I think the real problem lies with finding a db to query.
But which and how?

I have a web site that advertise property for sale.
Since i get high rankings on Google, I have to assume that most visitors are from all over the globe.
But here lies the problem. I can't tell which one's!
It is obviously of no use to me or my customers if I have 100 000 hits but all from other countries in other words non-potential buyers.
