ASP command similar to IE option for "check for newer version of stored page every v"

Anyone has any ideas?

I tried this:
Code:
Response.Expires = 60
Response.Expiresabsolute = Now() - 1
Response.AddHeader "pragma", "no-cache"
Response.AddHeader "cache-control", "private"
Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"
But it just didn't do it for me. I am actually implementing a dynamic Flash component in my site....the Flash still remains the same not matter wat. If I check "check for newer version of stored page every visit to the page" in the IE options, this solves my problem.

So what I'm looking for now, is a similar ASP command to accomplish this...please help....!
