Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005) Could not use ''; file already in use.

Hi
When I am using an ACCESS database it shows the error Microsoft JET
Database Engine (0x80004005) Could not use ''; file already in use. But the script is working nicely in the local system. when I uploaded to the site it shows this error. I cannot conenct the two connection at a time. I have set the writing permission to the both folder and file. But still not working. Is any thing else I want to set on the server. Plse help me on this issue
