how to send Mail using 2000 server

hi

i am using windows 2000 server(IIS). i have used CDONTS components,but the mail has not been sent. In my company the internet connection is in another machine. i have connected with that machine through network.my machine is 2000 server.
Can any one give me the full code to send email........
