Hello guys,hope that somebody can help as I have never done this in my life and I am just sitting in front of my comuputer trying to figure out where to start.

I need to develop/build a page to insert/update records.

I am going through some tutorials in Dreamweaver. Obviously I need to have a database, can Access be used for that and how does that relationship work.

Could somebody run me though some basic points or maybe suggest a page where I can browse some projects similar to what I need.
