I got this prob and i hope somebody can help me.
After i format my pc and installing the relevent application to run ASP, problem tend to prop up and this is one of my prob.
When i try to run a file in localhost which i was able to run it normally before i format my pc, it unable to load the page.It actually load but it cant stop and nothing was display till error come out stating it took too long to load.
how can i overcome this problem

When you try to display a page, does the file need to access a database? You can write a simple html file and see if it can be displayed.
