I need some help with part of my database. I have attached the database for anyone who is capable to help to demonstrate the solution. I will like when i select a client in the database that a set of charges are automatically entered into the 3 charges field.

For example when i press the 'select client' button and choose company1, i will like $10 to enter into charge1 field, $20 to enter into charge2 field and $30 to enter into charge3 field.

When i choose company2 i will like $40 to enter into charge1 field, $50 to enter into charge2 field and $60 to enter into charge3 field.

One problem though asokram, the other fields for the client is not populating automatically (address field, phone number fields, bir field, reg field). Would like these to populate also...can you modify the sample again please? This will be greatly appreciated, and thank you for you time and patience!
