Exclamation Help! Running total on field.

Hello, all.

Im using Brilliant Database 9 ultimate and Im stucked on this problem and Imma total noob.

My question is:
How to make a running total such described below:

========== --------------------========= --============
Summary ---------------==> ---Summary--||--Running total
========== --------------- ---========= --============
4 ------------------------------||----4--------||------4------
5-------------------------------||----5--------||-----9-------
6-------------------------------||----6--------||-----15------
7-------------------------------||----7--------||-----22------

Any help will be appreciated.

Create a formulae field in the form.When you create a new record create it in relation to the previous one so that it will copy the previous value and add with the present one.

But I still don't know exactly what you mean of creating relationship with formula field.

If you don't mind, can you give me a simple example to do that in bbd format?
Coz I have no idea to do this.
