Hinding Email addy's when sending to mulitiple recipients

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew how to send email to multiple recipients without showing everyone's email address? I know you can put all the addresses into the BCC field, but I wanted it to appear more personal. ie Showing the individual's email address in the TO field, but no one elses.

This is mainly in an attempt to avoid having to send each mail individually.
