Smile Do you want to send this error to Microsoft?

Hi guys,
Many times it happens with me that I am working on 4-5 IE windows and all of a sudden this message pops up and the moment I click on OK , all Windows gets closed. I am sure, many other are also having this problem. Isn't it annoying? Why it actually happens?

IE (or more likely one or more of its add-ins) has done something that leaves IE unstable. Rather than crash or blue screen, the newer versions are more able to recover, and as part of that recovery they can send technical information about the crash to Microsoft. The fine folks at Microsoft can use that tech information to make IE more able to deal with similar problems with conflicting add-ins in the future.

No, the technicians at Microsoft are top-flight. It's the sales and marketing, and public relations, that fall flat. (Obviously, someone in the "S&M" department has heard their own spew so often that they actually believe it.)

If the software has the capability to deliver a bug-report, let it do so.
