Question Can any one help me

My mother in-law would like me to access her computer from my computer, I am knew to some of this computer stuff and need some help. There is some maintenance that she would like me to do to her computer every so often

i know, i've done the same for my mom (who is 82 next week, and thank you for reminding me, i gotta get her something)

my mom's pretty cool for a great-grandmother

she even runs spybot search&destroy once in a while
