Unhappy still needing some help

i am still needing some assistance, i am running windows xp, and my mother-in-law is running windows xp, she would like me to gain access to her computer from my computer so that I can so some maintenance on it. She figures that as long as she is not have any problems then she doesn't need to run maintenance programs such as virus, spyware protection. Also, don't worry I see her plenty, some times more than I care to. Please Help.

You should search for a forum dedicated to networking and connectivity. This is a database forum. See the "db" in the "dbforums"?

Or, you could also just go and work on HER computer from HER computer, since you see her regularly.
