where should I post this question on this site?

I have a question regarding the creation of a DOS batch file to simulate keystroke sequences on a virtual machine slice to prevent a connection timeout. Where should I post up? Thanks!

dbforums seems like an unusual choice to ask batch scripting questions... I have no idea what forum would be appropriate for that.

Sometimes, when it is difficult to find an answer on how to do something, it is a good indication that you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. This sure sounds like a bad hack and a poor replacement for properly configuring your network.
