Hi Guys,
Hope u all are well,here I am back after a long break.
Well, I was busy trying meditation these days.And I found it really cool...twice a day .Its really amazing ...
RAJA YOGA - an ancient Yoga practice...

I suggest u all to give it a try...a must do for DBAs especially for those magi..
