VB HELP Installation or Connection

How to install the help for VISUAL BASIC ENTERPRISE EDITION from MSDN CD, as instead of continuing the install process from vb installation, MSDN CD starts its own session with no link to the first one.

OR

If VB is installed and MSDN is installed in two separate sessions, How do you link it to work in vb?
