Question Why i am having problem in Shdocvw.dll used by IE 6.0 ?

Everytime i close the IE , i get the error "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

So i just saw the assembly which is creating problems. It is showing "Shdocvw.dll"

When i get this msg and asking me to click the "close" button, then i guess something is activitating this message and asking me to close. So which is responsible for this?

If you guys tell me then i can deactivate the one who is sending this message window.

Hope someone can help me i guess
