i just did a whois on the domain name and the admin email is fbi@fbi.gov. wise guys. looks like one of those we hack your site until you pay us for security things.

so when do we organize the denial of service attack against the bad guys? where is that botnet anyways?

the rest of the site is not down, just the forum. I'm guessing it's a Snitz vulnerability.

i think the guys name is actually Minh Duong and not the other way around. There are a few of them in illinois but not listed at the address in the whois record according to Zabba search. the internet is great for stalking.
