System Requirements?

Hello,
Can anyone give a list of the minimum system requirements for running a database with MS access 2003. This is for school coursework. I am set to create a video rental database for about 300 members. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!

Or of course even in Access 2003 you could save the database as an Access 2000 file (although you would lose the use of some of the most advanced features) and use it on any PC that has Access 2000 or later on their PC...
