I hurt today. Doctors used me as a pincushion yesterday, right and left arms and both right and left hips... ouch. Every time I shift in my chair, or go to grab something...

I'm not allowed coffee anymore... or alcohol except on very rare occasions.

I feel like a zombie atm, and I'm not sure if it's the new meds or the lack of caffeine.

Probably both, Mo. It's not good for body chemistry to be deprived of vital nutrients like that (alcohol and caffeine, I mean).

We went out last night to a Brazilian BBQ place in town to celebrate one of the young-un's birthdays...she just turned 19 on the 30th. Good food, but it's like an all-you-can eat place. They just keep bringing around the meat, and everything else is buffet style. Yummy...but it was $190 for four of us, including the tip. Yikes!

Actually none...an unusual night in that regard. It was a night of lemonaide and water...wassup with THAT? It's one-price fits all place...$30 or so a plate, and we each had a dessert, which must have been around $10 a plate. It was good, but not sure it was $190 good. Oh well, once in a while why not splurge, eh?

Those places are far too salty for my blood. I do love their salad bars though, they always have so many foreign delicacies that I like. Cheeses from around the world, different vegetables prepared all sorts of ways, nice soups. It's very yummy but I can't eat much of the meat at all, or my heart wants to leap out of my chest.

Anyone other than Sean and I going to watch the debate tonight?

Brazilian Steak houses mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Love em and they are well worth the extra insulin. I usually make the boss/client pay though.

If tonight is anything like the Courac interviews, it is going to be a priceless night of comedy.

"You mean there are Supreme Court cases other than Roe I might disagree with?"

With my 3 semesters of Con Law I could have delivered a better answer. Either one them would have won my vote if they said "The common misinterpretation of Marshall's decision in Marbury v Madison".

Met the deadline. Time to goof off for an hour and go home. Anybody lose some money today?

Jon stewart has been priceless this week on Palin and the bailout. Friggin hilarious about the Roshashana break they took.

I was saying to a very good (and particularly attractive) friend earlier, that the only "big picture" Palin seems to understand is the window in her comfy little living room...

My particular favourite at the moment is the swipe she took at Biden about "hearing his speeches when she was in second grade"... as if she was not running on the ticket with the OLDEST man ever to run for President...

I know I should watch, but I have a backlog of "battlefront" shows to watch on my DVR...and I have never really been fond of watching political debates.
