Now I need to buy one of the game consoles that go with it....dammit. He wouldn't buy one of those for us. How rude.
Any suggestions on which version of the console we ought to find? It says it is for XBox 360, but there seem to be a few different versions of the console out there.

You should trade it in for Rock Band 2
If this is your first console and you only want it for playing this game, then the Arcade console will be more than adequate for your needs.
The only caveat in there is that if you want to start downloading new songs in to the game then you'll need extra storage, in which case it is cheaper in the long run to buy the console that comes with a HDD.

Q: How long does it take one of 44 users to report that a frequently used module of an application isn't working correctly?
A: 2 weeks.
Q2: What is the timescale for fixing this issue?
A2: Yesterday.

exactly -- unless mcnabb has a good day or dick lebeau pulls another rabbit out of his hat (he's done it a hunnert times before)
i really like the steelers, especially their defence, but as i said a few weeks ago, the ravens are my sweetheart team for the playoffs
if they get past pittsburgh, they will beat the nfc team easily

I see the Steelers and the Eagles fighting it out in the Superbowl .. me thinks the Eagles will win their first Superbowl. My team (the Panthers) was out in a shockingly stupid way

Baltimore is injured, and they are thugs. And I am not saying that because I'm a Steelers fan. They do want it bad, but not in the good kinda way. Ben just has to stay consistant and their defense needs to continue doing their job and it should be okay. The Ravens would win if their game was against the Eagles this week, but it's not.
I like Arizona in the other game, and I think McNabb needs to be taken to the shelter with the rest of the pus... kittens. I'd wager a bet that if the Eagles are losing at the end of the half, McNabb will get "injured" and will be unable to play the rest of the game. He's not good with that much pressure on him, never has been. Andy Reid is a schmuck and I like him slightly more than I like Bill Belichek, which isn't saying much. If McNabb goes out at halftime, they might have a chance to win it. Otherwise, there are far too many ego's on that field to actually play a football game.
Was gonna call you and ask how the concert was Sean, but I figured you probably wouldn't be up yet nor would you be able to hear me if you were.

thugs? I have been called that. birds of a feather I guess.
Ben got his trophie.
I went to work bright and early. so tired. those arenas are not as loud as the clubs. show was good. I will talk to you later or I willl post about it when I get some time and rest. If you want to call, the weekend may be better than today. I am trying to get a deploy out to test and then home, eat, and sleep.
I have a couple of pics, vids and within a week I get a free mp3 download of the show I saw. If I figure where to post them I will.

I apprecaite the insight, Geo...actually I read reviews that said Rock Band is a better "party game" than Guitar Hero is, for whatever reason. I'll probably opt for the middle-of-the-road console with the 60 Gb hard drive. I am always drawn to the Best Available as far as tech gadgets go, but the higher price tag in this instance makes me think twice and thrice. However, since I might start playing other games at some point, I probably ought to just aim for the middle at present.
And no, this is NOT my first console. I've owned both an Atari 2600 AND an Intellivision before.

are you calling me old, son?
but yeah, i like his calmness, and the control he has in critical situations
and despite the fact that his religion is showing, and i don't like it when athletes use their prominence for displays of personal beliefs, i ~really~ admired the way he rallied players, from both teams, after anquan boldin got knocked out in that game against the jets

I have a blog, Rudy dear. It's not very interesting, however. Usually just me yammering about this and that. Was angry the other day and wrote a scathing blog post, not my usual, and I got a lot of messages about it later. Didn't take the post down, however. The link is in my profile I think, you are welcome to take a gander at it.
