You will do that until you think she is hooked then you will go back to your normal "incessant houding"
Problem is, I'm the one that is totally hooked. What am I supposed to do now?

Gotta take a timed test today on the company's main product. Looks to be a test for all director-level folks and above. Gotta do it, they say it is to "identify the need for further training/education". Time will tell. Has nothing really to do with my ability to do the job I was hired to do, but oh well. I'd like to learn the system we are being tested on, but just have not had the time (or money) to do so on my own.

It's stress-inducing because of the way it was dumped on our laps with a week's notice...but I am not too worried about it (for better or worse). Wonder if the boss can put up with a study day rather than a work day?

I don't actually have a chance to tell them anything....we have a URL and the instruction to "finish by the end of the day". Fortunately I I have had some exposure to pieces of the product during my everyday work, although that will just help me make edjumicated guesses rather than knowing the answers outright.

If it becomes an issue later, I will certainly bring up your point...it is ours as well - those of us that have discussed it today. *L* Fortunately I am not the only one in this position, Seems everyone in the company at director level and above have to take the test. Hopefully they grade on a curve

Actually, I made a decision when I started dating last year that I would engage in NO "put-down" jokes with whoever I was seeing. Likewise, I would not engage in any self-deprecation in her presence. With my buddies, everything is still fair game. But nothing but support between us. I'm witty enough to find other things to joke about.

hmm .. I can't give you an advice other than be nice and be prepared to spend a lot of money. I am probably in the same situation too.

I dunno. there are a lot of girls that want their men to be men and not these wishy washy metrosexual touchie feelie emotional types. I had this girl tell me once that her ex could not make her climax after she saw him cry.

yeah. money. a lot of them dig that.
