Tivoli Storage Manager

Hi All,

I have to write a script in DOS that copies a database backup file to Tivoli. I can add it as a step to my existing database backup job.

Any ideas?

Do you have a specific question?

I know nothing about Tivoli. You just need to add a jobstep of the type "operating system command" and use xcopy. Have you ever used the DOS xcopy command? It's easy peasy. Before I owned my first computer I was a hero in my freshman college dorm for knowing how to copy video games between 3 1/2" floppy disks.
