Looking For Help Desk Software

Does anyone know or have any recommendations for Help Desk ticketing software that will work on Linux and supports PostgreSQL? I'm in need of an application that allows users to submit via email (and possibly web) tickets and that we can track our work.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
