Question Which technical certificate should I get?

My company is giving me the opportunity to earn a technical certificate that they will pay for. I have 5 years of database analyst skills (Oracle and Access) and I'm currently a junior Oracle DBA at the client site. I am a federal government contractor.

I was thinking about either getting the CISSP or the ITILv3. Which one would allow me to be more marketable to future/new employers? I'm not really interested on getting an OCP because I don't want to be a hard core DBA. I like to keep my options open so to speak.

I have the following degree and certificates:

B.S. Management Information Systems
Security+
Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
