Everyone knows that if you read it on the internet, then it must be true!

Campaign update from the battleground state of Virginia. I have convinced the girlfriend to not vote for Romney, and my dad has talked his 90 year old "old south" mother to vote for Obama. Her rural Catholic priest that visits her has refused her communion because of it. If the Catholic Church is going to do electioneering with little old ladies, it is time to remove that tax exempt status.

Good job, dude! I am not too pleased with Obama but the alternative is much worse. Living in California - where it would take a miracle for Obama to not win the state - my vote won't mean much anyway. And don't get me started on the church madness ..

I was watching one of those "the week's news in review" shows on tv yesterday, and it was mentioned that in a recent poll, 86 percent of Canadians supported Obama.
It also mentioned that Obama could win with less than 50% of the popular vote, and if he did, the cons would say that he doesn't have a mandate. In other words, your vote in California is just as important as in Ohio.

He had a "mandate" in 2008 and they (Republicans) still obstructed every single thing he wanted to do. They never liked him and never will. If he wins it won't matter at all what national percentage he will get. They will still refuse to work with him no matter what he does and we will be stuck again with a president who has some good ideas but cannot do anything mainly because of a congress full of f**ng retards.

good for him. he did not make it "linkedin official" until he was sure of himself. I just sent off a ranting email about the level of talent the HR department has been dishing up this year. I wish everyone was honest on their resumes.

VOTE EARLY AND OFTEN.

That used to be a "Chicgo only" thing promoted by the Democrats, now its everywhere and being driven by the Republicans. Who knew it would become so common?

So i am starting to poke through this thing....

Free ebook: Programming Windows 8 Apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Microsoft Press - Site Home - MSDN Blogs

But some thing is telling me I might be investing my time and treasure in an Edsel or a Betamax and if I am going to learn something new it ought to be someting like R, or objective C on iOS or Android or something like that.

If they do, they may be glad of the electoral college for once.
