Count sqlplus.exe tasks on WinNT server

Hello,
I would like monitoring interface on Windows NT server. I need some tool or utility to count how many sqlplus.exe are running on the server. If there are more than 3 then server can send alert message.

I need a temporary solution only...I will migrate interface from NT to Unix in next couple of months.

Any idea?
