REXX API for SQLDBS, DB2AR, SQLEXEC

Anyone can help me on REXX ?
I am using || as concatination of two columns in REXX. I know I need to add api function RxFuncAdd('SQLEXEC', 'db2ar', 'SQLDBS') however I can not find any of these .dll in my window environment.
