I am a new user of this forum and not a really experienced computer's user. I have a problem with my laptop, basically everytime I switch it on the desktop background becomes white and a message 'restore your active desktop' appears but the cursor id not visible and the tab command in the keyboard does not work. I have tried to restore the system to an earlier date (before the problem occured) but everytime this message appears:
'Rstrui has caused an error in kernel 32.dll'
can anybody help me?
