im using win xp pro and i cant install norton personal firewall 2003 due to "error 1402 cant access hkey-local-machine\software\symantec\sharedtecnology\nisl verify you have acces to that key" has anybody got any solutions

Microsoft reports this error (1402) only in 98 and ME, but we are getting it in XP. when trying to load Adobe Reader from download. We are not alolowed to complete the installation.

Problems same as the original post on this thread.

Anyone who may have information on resolution to this problem please post a reply.
