Oracle11i Applications

I am a novice in DBA techniques, but have a general understanding. I am trying to install Oracle11i Applications for Windows on my Home PC. The install is asking for Host and Domain info.

How do I configure my PC to be a 'Client' and a 'Server'? Or am I totally lost!?
