linksys wireless and dyndns

I am using a linksys wireless router to get access to the internet and have used dyndns to dynamically host web sites, ftp, remote connection to my computer. Now I am trying to connect to a sql server database through the dynamic host and even though I forward the ports that sql server uses, I still can't telnet to those ports. But, I can telnet the the ports hosting sites, ftping and remote connecting. Whenever I try to telnet to the port on which sql server is listening it says: No connection could be mad because the target machine actively refused it.

Can anyone help me out?
