missing boot.ini file from multi boot system using system commander 7.05

I have XP and 2000 on my harddrive and using system commander version 7.05 to partition the hard drive. Now I am getting an error message when I try to go to the 2000 partition. Xp is booting fine and also menu options are also missing.

Can some one help me.
